It all started when Ramy Amir was studying at Regent's University and wrote his dissertation about the rise of streetfood in the UK. He then successfully obtained his
entrepreneurship visa and embarked on a journey to set up an Egyptian food business in the UK. Ever since he started trading in late 2015 his business has grown exponentially. Koshary Kitchen is now a full-fledged catering and takeaway company offering deliveries throughout London.
